Christmas Meal

We are pleased to announce that the details of this year’s Christmas Meal have now been confirmed. It is being held at the same venue and room as we have done successfully for the last couple of years.
Cost 2 courses - £16 (£14.99 + £1.01 tip)
3 courses - £18 (£16.99 + £1.01 tip)

Making a booking
Please indicate your intention to attend by booking on to the ClubPal (social) Session from the list or by scrolling the calendar to December. Booking onto this Christmas Meal Session is free of charge. We would ask if your situation changes please cancel your booking.
Attendees & Social Membership
We would like to see all people planning to attend the Christmas Meal ideally booked on to the session in ClubPal. For Spouses, Partners, and children who are not currently GCCC club members they can register as Social members on the system for £1. These Social Members can be created and managed by the existing member, by using the “add profile” function. If you need help with this please just ask and we can provide further guidance. If the individual does not want to be registered on our ClubPal system we can accommodate this but with increased administration on our part.
Menu selection, and payment
We have provided the Festive Menu shown below to enable you to make your menu selections. Once chosen please give your order to Amanda who will enter them on the pre-order form, calculate the total cost, for the individual, couple or group confirming the total cost. We ask that you pay the amount by Bank Transfer into the normal club account by at the latest date of 24th Nov. The pre-order sheets will be given to the restaurant on 25th Nov.

Cancellations
Cancellation prior to 25th Nov will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this date may incur a charge, or no refund depending when the cancellation is made, the earlier the better.
On the night
Please arrive from 18:30 onward purchase your drinks and take a seat in our designated area. The pre-ordered food bill will be opened and immediately closed against any further purchases. If you require any additional food or drinks please order and pay for these on your own account. Please only accept food that you have pre-ordered as not doing so may incur additional costs. The club will settle the total food bill including a tip at the end of the evening.
