The AGM of Grimsby and Cleethorpes Canoe Club will be held at 7pm on Wednesday November 29th. Mike Berryman has kindly offered to host the meeting at the Design and Innovate office (please see directions below).
At the last committee meeting Sue and Mike Limmer informed the committee of their intention to stand down from the Organising Committee at the AGM. This leaves the role of Chairman and a general committee member position vacant. Furthermore there are other vacant organising committee roles including: Vice chairman, Equipment Officer, Communications/Social Media and Junior Club Rep. Nominations for election of eligible club members to the Organising Committee are invited ahead of the AGM to the Club Secretary (Hazel.bull187@gmail.com) or alternatively to the Chairman at the meeting.
Ahead of the meeting please could I also ask for any motions proposed with respect to changes in the club constitution to be shared with me by Wednesday 22nd November.
